Its time for my 3rd switch.But this time ,it’s for a beautiful skin.โ˜บ

Before going to bed at night,try applying coconut oil as a natural moisturizer on your body as well as your face,instead of your regular cosmetic emollients or moisturizers.

Coconut oil has amazing  healing properties. Not only this it makes the skin soft, supple as it penetrates deeply into the skin and holds the moisture.
Some of its benefits are listed below.

  • Coconut oil is a rich source of Vitamin E which repairs and rejuvenates the skin cells. 
  • It has antimicrobial and antibacterial properties also,thereby preventing breakouts. 
  • It also works well for an inflammed skin and soothes it.
  • It is an effective treatment for wrinkles.

*Please use virgin coconut oil or a branded edible variety of it.

**Also don’t go out in the sun after applying coconut oil.It may cause tanning. ๐Ÿ˜€So it is advisable to apply it at night time.
