High blood pressure, medically termed as Hypertension, is a serious health ailment that has been affecting people worldwide. If not treated timely can increase the risk of heart attacks , strokes, diabetes , heart failure, vision loss or metabolic syndrome.

  1. Since the last war–sorry about that I am old, processed food took over as an easy way to feed families now we are seeing what is in the food, cellulose actually wood shavings. Actual real food can be dangerous to those who are on tablets like cauliflower and celery, amazing what you learn as life goes by.
