Anti-Inflammatory Tea

Ingredients

•1 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled & chopped
•1/2 tsp turmeric, ground
•2-3 tbsp raw honey
•1 tsp apple cider vinegar
•3 orange slices
•3 cups boiling water

Instruction

Add ginger, turmeric, honey, apple cider vinegar and orange to a tea pot or a pan. Pour boiling water over, cover and let stand for 5 minutes. Enjoy hot.😁

  1. LOL, my mom is our eastern medicine specialist around here (she learns from youtube and facebook), she constantly gives us different medicinal drinks to try, most of them to do with honey, ginger, and lemon. They’re delicious though. 🙂
